Situated on a hilltop overlooking the Lake Gardens, Carcosa Seri Negara was once the residence of the British state representatives. The building was built in 1896 and sits on 16 hectares of tropical gardens. It features a tennis court and golf facilities.

All 5 guest rooms are decorated in Victorian style and feature spacious seating areas and balconies with garden views. Each room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, work desk, and a private bathroom with amenities. Butler service is available.
